专利摘要:
A spray drying apparatus with a drying chamber in which a liquid product is atomized by means of an atomizing wheel and dried by means of warm drying gas or flue gas introduced through a tube which is directed towards the bottom side of the atomizing wheel. In order to avoid adherence of particulate material present within the drying chamber to the bottom side of the atomizing wheel clearing or obstructing gas, preferably atmospheric air, is blown upwardly towards the bottom side of the atomizing wheel from a clearing gas inlet.

2 D Spray Dryer Duster Dust Receptacle. The method of rapid dry drying includes a housing, a centrifugal spraying device located in the upper part of the housing, and a heat transfer fluid inlet dispersed with a gap under the spray gun and was mounted on the bottom of the latter with an open end that, in order to prevent sticking of the material on the bottom of the atomizer, it additionally contains a nozzle assembled from tubular elements for supplying atmospheric air, equipped with an annular manifold and an independent fan, located zhennoe between the heat medium feed pipe coaxial with and centrifugal atomizer at a distance from the bottom of the latter equal 1-0,2d (where d - diameter of the nebulizer) and directed apertures tubular elements at the bottom of the atomizer.
3. Dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that the tubular elements of the nozzle are directed to the centrifugal atomizer at an acute angle to its axis of rotation and are connected along the inner circumference by a ring whose diameter is smaller than the internal diameter of the heat transfer nozzle and larger than the diameter of the bottom of the atomizer.
The invention relates to a spray drying technique and can be used in the chemical, food and other industries.
There is a method of spray drying by spraying solutions and suspensions in the upper part of the drying volume using a centrifugal atomizer and supplying the coolant under the spray gun with the formation of a suspension flj.
The disadvantage of this method is that the bottom of the centrifugal atomizer during operation gradually overgrows with adhering material, which can later block the spray nozzles,
. A known spray dryer comprising a housing, a centrifugal sprayer located in the upper part of the shell, and a heat transfer fluid supply nozzle placed with a gap under the sprayer and facing the bottom of the latter with the open end ij.
During operation, the centrifugal atomizer often fails due to sticking of the material on its bottom and the gradual clogging of the spray nozzle.
The purpose of the invention is to prevent material from sticking to the bottom of the sprayer.
This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of spray drying by spraying solutions and suspensions in the upper part of the drying volume using a centrifugal atomizer and supplying a flow of heat transfer fluid under the spray cone to form a flow between the flare
2
Spray and coolant flow coaxially with it additionally introduce a stream of atmospheric air, directed in the flow with the coolant at a speed of 15-40 m / s in an amount of 0.5-3% of the amount of heat transfer fluid.
Spray with tilka for the implementation of the method of spray drying
comprising a housing, a centrifugal splitter located in the upper part of the housing, and a heat transfer fluid supply nozzle placed with a gap under the sprayer and facing the days, the last end of the open end, additionally contains a nozzle for freezing atmospheric air assembled from tubular elements equipped with an annular collector and an autonomous fan,
located between the supply pipe of the heat carrier coaxially with it and the centrifugal atomizer equal to 2b (r e is the atomizer diameter) and directed by the holes of the tubular elements on the bottom of the atomizer.
The tubular elements of the nozzle can & jTb are directed to the centrifugal atomizer at an angle to its axis of rotation and are connected along the inner circumference by a ring whose diameter is smaller than the internal diameter of the heat transfer supply pipe and larger than the diameter of the atomizer bottom.
FIG. 1 shows a dryer, a general view; in fig. 2 - nozzle assembled from tubular elements; in fig. 3 - the same, with a distribution head; in fig. 4 - the same, with the air flow direction below
angle to the bottom of the centrifugal spray.
The spray dryer includes a housing 1, a centrifugal atomizer 2, a heat carrier supply nozzle 3, an additional heat carrier inlet nozzle 4, an unloading nozzle 5, nozzle b for supplying atmospheric air under the bottom of the atomizer 2, which has tubular elements 7, a collector 8 and a fan 9. Nozzle 6 can be made in the form of a distributor head 10, the internal cavity code: the wire is connected to the tubular elements 7 and is provided with openings 11. In the case of a nozzle 6 for inclined direction of the flue air under the bottom of the atomizer . 2 it has curved tubular elements 12,. fastened to the ring 13, the diameter of which is smaller than the internal diameter of the nozzle 3 of the heat carrier supply and larger than the diameter of the nozzle 2. The nozzle 6 is positioned between the heat supply nozzle 3 and the nozzle 2 equal to 10 d from the bottom of the latter (where d is the nozzle diameter 2).
The solution enters the body of the stoker 1 through the centrifugal atomizer 2 and is dried by contact with the coolant coming from the nozzle 3. The dried product is removed through the fitting 5. Simultaneously with the start of the drying process using the fan 9, atmospheric air enters the nozzle 6 at a speed of 15 -40 m / s in the amount of 0 0.5-3% of the amount of coolant supplied. The supplied air is in contact with the bottom of the sprayer 2, protecting it from sticking of the material, which ensures reliable operation of the sprayer.
If the collector 8 is placed in a special cavity that can protect it from the material being dried, and provide it with sliding nozzles, you can adjust the value of the gap between the nozzle 6 and the bottom of the spray gun 2 and the air flow accordingly.
Depending on the methods of drying the solutions or suspensions,
5 physical and chemical properties of the material, as well as the design of the sprayer, one or another embodiment of the nozzle 6 can be used.
